1. The ESC variable frequency cabinet has the function of automatically controlling the soft start of the variable frequency pump, monitoring and maintaining the pressure of tap water in real time to be equal to the set pressure required by the user. When P1 is less than P2, the soft start function will be immediately activated, automatically adjusting P1 and P2 until they are equal.

The frequency converter controlled pump operates at a constant speed. The higher the pressure P1 of tap water, the lower the speed of the frequency converter pump. The lower the pressure P1 of tap water, the higher the speed of the frequency converter pump. When P1=P2, the frequency converter will activate the sleep function. During sleep, the pressure retained by tap water is utilized to ensure a constant pressure required by the user. When the pressure drops, the variable frequency pump automatically starts and adjusts.

When the tap water runs out, the connected equipment will also automatically stop running. When the tap water continues to supply, the stopped equipment will automatically resume operation.

3. Connect the inlet of the variable frequency pump to the non negative pressure tank. The microcomputer monitors the pressure index in the non negative pressure tank 24 hours a day and stabilizes the pressure inside the non negative pressure tank and the inlet pressure of tap water through timely exhaust to avoid negative pressure and ensure that the incoming water pipe can flow normally.

When the water pump generates instantaneous negative pressure, the ESC variable frequency cabinet will delay stopping all variable frequency pumps, and then delay deceleration to avoid direct shutdown, ensuring normal water use for users in a short period of time and easing the negative pressure situation.
